How does business coaching work in practice?
When you hire Jennifer as a business coach, she will meet with you as often as needed to learn everything about you in order to construct a plan that is fit for your vision and needs. There is no one size fits all. Every entrepreneur is different in so many ways. Jennifer‘s open door policy ensures regular communication, strong informed strategies and a commitment level that compliments the individual needs of the client. Jennifer will go where she’s needed and bring on other professionals to assist the client as required.
Does a business coach tell me what to do?
Jennifer will tell you what she would do if she were in your shoes and what she has done that worked for her if relevant to the interests of the particular client. There’s no secrets with Jennifer. She provides strategies, recommendations, advice, frameworks, and a path forward. The final decisions rest with the clients.
How long would we work together?
Jennifer works with her clients as long as they need her to. There is no one size fits all. Jennifer is able to do piece meal services or an entire business plan. She is focussed on tailoring each project to the specific client.
